Autosolo Challenge Round 2 - 19th July

There, thats started that off, can't think of anything to put on it yet other than get your entry in early when the regs come out 'cause I think we'll fill this one!!!!

Regs should be out next week, both by post and on the website. Keep a look out and get your entries in quick!!

They're out and about! Regs are on the website and have been posted. In fact the first two entries have already turned up! Now that's quick out of the blocks!! So be sure to get yours in quickly.

2 more entries today and promises of quite a few more at the autotest last night( oh wasn't it a lovely evening for an autotest!!!). So you know what to do, get yours in quickly!

Thursday morning and the regs have been out just about a week and so far we have received 8 entries and with phone calls I've had there are another 3 on the way. So that will be about a third of the maximum taken up in this short space of time. You know what to do!?

8 weeks to go to the event and already 10 entries, that's a third of the maximum already taken up. Wouldn't it be great if we could fill it.

the entry list will be put on the web site just like rd 1 was, the way it is going the solo will be full this time round so get your entry in quick, and remember this time the day kicks off half an hour earlier.

It's gone very quiet, trust there are more entries on the way. It would be nice to fill the entry list.

12th entry received today so we are on for this event. Remember is you are entering the Autosolo Challenge you need to do all 3 rounds to qualify. Look forward to hearing from more folk.

Update on this event. With 5+ weeks to go we have 15 entries received and 1 awaiting some of the paperwork, say 16. There are 14 folk who did the first round of the championship that have so far not entered this round. Now we know some are away on holidaye etc but if the majority of this group enter then we are going to get close to our maximum. So as usual if you want a run suggest getting the entry in as soon as you can. Hate for anyone to be dissappointed.

4 weeks to go to the event and 3 weeks to go till entries close at the standard rate(£10). We currently stand at 17 entries with an 18th in, awaiting payment. So, in effect, there are 12 places left. We really do hope we can get up to the maximum (30), so, please if you are considering entering do get your entry in soon. Got some really interesting cars entered this time and I'm told someone has been out and bought a car specifically for the event!!!

3 weeks to the event and 2 1/2 weeks until entries close and we stand at 19 entrants today. Getting there!

Monday 6th July and entry number 20 has just arrived which means we have 10 places left for anyone wanting to do this event. Entries close at the higher rate next Wednesday 15th and at the normal rate on Saturday 11th. Loos are booked, caterers organised, test are worked out, new flags are made, radios for the marshals purchased, good weather booked - how organised can we get.

Entries close folks on Wednesday, 15th, so if there are any late comers best move sharpish. Still at 20 at present. Wondering what the weather will do. Had a damp Greystoke so could we have a damp 'solo, now that would make the tests interesting!

Another good event run by Andy, well done mate. This time Sam won and not before nearly taking off his bumper, the championship is still wide open any anyone can still win, so come on get the entries in early, the regs will be available to down load by the end of the week, and should be getting posted soon after, once again well done Andy
